Why This Market Is Worth Your Attention
Here's a number most contractors never see: 10,256 homes closed in Greater Chattanooga last year, according to Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® — more than 5,200 in Hamilton County alone.
Now consider what happens before those closings. Nearly every buyer orders an inspection, and most inspections find something. When they do, the repair addendum that follows comes with a hard deadline — usually days, not weeks. Even if only one in four of those closings needs deadline-driven repair work, that's more than 2,500 jobs a year in this market where the deciding factor isn't the lowest bid. It's who answers the phone, shows up on schedule, and gets it done before closing day.
These aren't price-shopped jobs. When a deal is on the line, agents don't collect three estimates — they call the contractor they trust to hit the date. GetCloseReady exists to make sure that call comes to you.
How it works
Three verified seats per trade. Quote requests placed at the trade level go to every seat-holder in your category; requests placed on your listing come to you alone.
A one-time $50 vetting fee covers your license and insurance verification. It's non-refundable — the check happens either way.
Your seat subscription holds your spot — choose monthly or annual. Billing starts today.
Verification comes first. Your listing goes live only after you pass. If verification fails, your first subscription payment is refunded in full.
Founding seats include a CloseReady Digital Presence Audit: a ten-section, desk-researched review of how your firm shows up online — Google profile, review platforms, website, social, and where you stand against the leaders in your trade — delivered as a branded report after your listing goes live. Other seats can add the audit for a fee.
Your plan
Pricing depends on how many seats are already held in your trade.
Select your trade above to see the plan that applies. Founding-seat pricing shown below.
Founding is claimed once per trade — the first applicant to pass verification and go live. If the seat is ever released, the founding rate and audit do not pass to the next holder.
